UK RESIDENTS ONLY

Only UK residents are entitled to complete a UK motorcycle test.

You will be required to read and sign the residency declaration before starting your Module Two motorcycle test.

Signing this residency declaration has legal implications and you should not sign it fraudulently.

185 DAYS IN TH EUK

This declaration refers to the location of your normal residency, where you have personal and occupational ties.

If you have moved to the UK from another European Country or European Economic Area, a driving test should not be taken unless there has been 185 days of UK residency during the last 12 months.

If the examiner is in any doubt about your residency the test will be cancelled pending proof of evidence of residency in the UK.
