Peter Watters

Peter Watters is an accomplished executive and engineer with over 29 years of strategic leadership in the vehicle glass manufacturing, distribution and repair/replacement industry.

Peter has held senior positions across Europe, the USA, and Asia Pacific, including roles at NSG Pilkington, where he served as Head of Automotive AGR Asia and Global AGR Commercial and Business Development Director. His tenure at Cary Group as Managing Director for UK operations and now in Spain further enhanced his reputation for driving operational excellence and fostering sustainable growth in complex, international markets.

Peter leverages his experience to support Private Equity growth, providing local strategic guidance and hands-on operational expertise to organisations undergoing transformative growth. Known for his practical leadership and ability to navigate challenging business landscapes, Peter has consistently delivered measurable success in scaling operations and enhancing business performance in different parts of the world.

Beyond his corporate life, Peter is a passionate motorcyclist with extensive touring experience and a commitment to continuous learning. He has undergone advanced rider training and has been an Instructor since 1987. Recognising the importance of refining riding skills throughout one’s journey, Peter joined MRH to contribute his experience to a platform that offers accessible and impactful training solutions. As a qualified MRH instructor, he is dedicated to helping riders achieve greater confidence and safety on the road.
